Упражнение, для опытных спортсменов, с хорошо развитыми мышцами шеи, которые хорошо умеют делать стойку на голове и уверены в своих силах. Новичкам и неопытным спортсменам не делать. Выполнять после хорошей разминки на специальной борцовской поверхности, ковре (мате). От 1-2 подходов от 2-10 раз в зависимости от Вашей подготовки.

An exercise for experienced athletes with well-developed neck muscles, who are good at doing headstands and are confident in their abilities. Beginners and inexperienced athletes should not. Perform after a good warm-up on a special wrestling surface, a mat (mat). From 1-2 approaches from 2-10 times, depending on your training.
